Student Tech Leadership Program Announced
Middle School Students are being invited to join the Tech Savvy Student Leadership Program. The world needs citizens who can use technology in responsible and powerful ways. Join other middle school students in leading your school into the 21s centuries. Help your teachers and other students become tech-savvy. Use the technology you to make your school or community a better place. Make a difference in your school.
Join young peole across the nation who are doing awesome, creative projects that show adults how much they know by becoming TechYES certified.
Ask your teacher to nominate you for this program. Nominated students will receive information and an invitation to join the Tech Savvy Student Leadership Team.

St. Albans City School Podcast Shows are now on I-tunes
Good News - Itunes has approved our Podcast Series. Use I-tunes to listen to St. Albans City School Podcast shows. You do NOT need an I-Pod to listen to us using I-tunes. Any computer that has I-tunes play our Podcast Shows. You can subscribe to the shows so they automatically download when a new show is produced. Coming soon are shows featuring the City School Band and the recent production of Cinderella.

Episode 2 of St. Albans City School Podcast Features School Report Night
The Tech Savvy Kids have just finished Episode 2 of the St. Albans City School Podcast. In this Episode they learned how to record a live event. They used a laptop and Audacity to record the Official Presentation and they used Sony Digital Voice Recorders to interview the community members visiting our school. This episode taught us how to work with many tracks at once. This Episode was produced by Cam, Colby, and Todd.

Tech Savvy Kids First Podcast
St. Albans City School has entered the world of Podcasting. Our Tech Savvy Kids Program has published its first podcast. Our podcast are totally recorded and produced by our elementary school students as part of the Open Doors After School Program. Check out Episode 1.
