Veterans' Day Assembly
The seventh and eighth grade hosted a Veterans' Day Assembly in the City School Library on November 10, 2006. Guest speakers included Retired Admiral Warren Hamm, Corey Parent (former student,) and teacher Peter DesLauriers. The City School band played patriotic selections and the entire seventh and eighth grade sang "God Bless America."

Google Sketch Up

Fifteen teachers embark on a journey to become Tech Savvy Teachers. This professional learning community will work together to move thinking forward using an online learning environment called Moodle.

Student Tech Leadership Program Announced
Middle School Students are being invited to join the Tech Savvy Student Leadership Program. The world needs citizens who can use technology in responsible and powerful ways. Join other middle school students in leading your school into the 21s centuries. Help your teachers and other students become tech-savvy. Use the technology you to make your school or community a better place. Make a difference in your school.
Join young peole across the nation who are doing awesome, creative projects that show adults how much they know by becoming TechYES certified.
Ask your teacher to nominate you for this program. Nominated students will receive information and an invitation to join the Tech Savvy Student Leadership Team.
